Vanner will return to the stage with a new album at the end of January, the boy band's agency KLAP Entertainment said on Wednesday.

The agency has not yet announced the album's name or its tracks.

Vanner recently performed at the Newsis Korean Wave Expo on Aug. 23 and won the Next Generation Hallyu Star Award at the event. It also won the Rising Star Award — Singer at the Asia Model Awards on Nov. 5.

Vanner debuted as a five-member band with Taehwan, Gon, Hyeseong, Sunggook and Yeonggwang in 2019 after training themselves through over 200 live performances in Japan. The band's name is a combination of the words "victory" and "banner."

After initially seeing lukewarm success, Vanner competed on JTBC's survival show "Peak Time" as Team 11:00 and finished first place. The series aired from February to April to shed light on already-debuted but lesser-known boy bands.

The boy band dropped its first EP "Veni, Vidi, Vici," on Aug. 21, making it Vanner's first music release since "Peak Time."
