Singer-songwriter IU was the winner of Favorite’s first chart, for the month of March.

Favorite is a K-pop fan poll co-developed by digital streaming service Bugs and the JoongAng Ilbo, an affiliate of the Korea JoongAng Daily.

Weekly chart rankings are calculated through a combination of fan votes and the number of streams on Bugs.

IU received a score of 64.8 percent, garnering a total of 11,033 votes and 4.9 percent of Bugs’ streaming numbers, to land in first place.

IU recently kicked off her first world tour “H.E.R” with performances at the KSPO Dome in southern Seoul on March 2, 3, 9 and 10.

SM Entertainment’s rookie boy band Riize followed in second place with a score of 15.9 percent, with 2,643 votes and 1.5 percent of Bugs streaming data. Girl group Le Sserafim came in at third with a score of 5.6 percent, accounting for 344 votes and 3.8 percent of Bugs streaming data.

Celebratory videos of IU and Riize will play at the Parnas Media Tower, located near COEX Mall in Gangnam District, southern Seoul, from Saturday until March 22.

Twice was voted No. 1 on Favorite’s Weekly Comeback artist chart, which looks to find the “most-loved” comebacks over the last two weeks. The chart, which ran from Feb. 28 to March 13, saw Twice record a score of 70.1 percent, accounting for 391,455 total fan votes and 5.2 percent of Bugs’ streaming data. Twice released its 13th EP “With YOU-th” on Feb. 23.

The second place spot went to virtual K-pop band Plave, which dropped its second EP “Asterum: 134-1” on Feb. 26. The band received a total score of 19.7 percent, garnering 85,770 votes and 5.5 percent of Bugs’ streaming scores. NCT’s Taeyong came in third with a score of 3.7 percent, accounting for 916 votes and 3.5 percent of streaming scores. Taeyong dropped his second EP “TAP” on Feb. 26.

Twice’s Sana was voted No. 1 on Favorite’s Campus Couple poll, a poll to find the artist with whom fans would most want to spend time in a university. The poll, which ran from Feb. 28 to March 13, saw Sana record the most votes with 77.6 percent, or 66,688 votes, followed by Riize’s Wonbin in second with 15.7 percent and vocal group Libelante’s Jinwon with 2.6 percent.

Sana and Wonbin’s celebratory videos will play at the Parnas Media Tower from Saturday to March 29.
