Omega X and its former agency Spire Entertainment agreed to terminate the boy band’s exclusive contract and end all disputes, the boy band announced on Monday.

In November last year, all 11 members of the boy band accused the CEO of Spire Entertainment and his wife of physically, verbally and sexually abusing them for almost a year.

“After long and careful discussions with former agency Spire Entertainment, Omega X [and the agency] have mutually agreed to end its exclusive contract, and will make efforts to the development of K-pop on each party’s positions,” a statement released by the boy band on its Instagram on Monday reads.

“We thank everyone who trusted and worried about Omega X and Omega X plans to continue working with its current manager, which the boy band had worked with before its debut.”

“We will return with good music and more growth,” the band ended its statement by asking its fans to keep supporting the band.

Omega X is an 11-member boy band that debuted under Spire Entertainment in June 2021. It has been continuing its group and individual members' activities without an agency since making the accusations, appearing on different web dramas and radio shows. Omega X released “Dream” on April 24, the band’s first track dedicated to its fans.
